After some few weeks over legal battle Samsung finally lost to Apple. The case war between the world's tech giant Samsung and Apple came to an end when a jury of the federal court of San Jose, California delivered their judgment.
Samsung is to pay Apple an amount of $119.6m to Apple after the ruling went in favor of Apple. Although what Apple is getting is not what it initial demanded -- $2 billion damage. The case between the giants was about patents in their smartphones. Apple charged Samsung for steal 5 patent of their smartphone but only got standing after the ruling that is -- Apple's famous "slide to unlock" and "turn phone number and email to a clickable link" patents.

Samsung also got a fair deal as its charges against Apple too yielded it some $158,000 damages -- just a peanut for Apple huh. The charge was patent relating photo and gallery software.
